Established in 2001, FABS is the newest of the many excellent educational institutions established by the Agnel Ashram Fathers in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Admitting only 120 students every year, FABS is affiliated to Mumbai University and offers the Masters in Management Studies program (AICTE approved).
The B-School has facilitated me by providing an enabling environment where I was able to learn and hone my skills. This has helped me to realize my true potential for a making a successful corporate career. I really appreciate & admire the faculty staff members for encouraging & guiding me in my endeavour to accomplish my goals.

FABS' as the name suggests has had a FABulous impact on my personal and professional development. A beautiful campus setting, Syndicate rooms to provide corporate meeting room experience, Library/study area, Computer lab, an intimate class-tutor environment, a focus on individual personal development, a team-based approach to assignments; all of these made the MBA programme in FCRIMS a truly stimulating experience. Various events like ABSTRACT, FABS Market, Court Martial and others groom students for the corporate world. The faculty is supportive and inspiring guides and also challenging taskmasters. They are outstanding and more like mentors than teachers.
FCRIMS has set a strong foundation for me which has helped in many ways towards achieving my current role. The faculty members have put in relentless efforts to craft the best talent stepping out of the institute. Case study and example based learning techniques play a pivotal role in facing the corporate challenges which have been duly provided by the institute. Also the institute has provided me with lifelong friends who are not only there during the trying times but are also a great source of motivation and aspiration towards achieving higher goals in life

Get involved, make mistakes and learn from it. Speak out your views, challenge existing norms and set new dimensions. This is the premise on which FABS grooms its students on leadership quotient. During 2 years of Management course, the school encouraged us to take ownership in various initiatives and thus helped build our confidence in early years. Though we were from 1st batch, with no alumni support, there was 100% placement in our batch. This was possible due to ownership quality which the school imbibed in us during 2 years of training, an invaluable trait needed in today's highly competitive and fast changing economy.
Time has been flying by for me. I just completed 9 years in corporate world. To work in Banks Treasury on a Forex Dealing profile would be a dream of any B-school graduate and to my luck this dream came true. All thanks to FCRIMS. In all this, I wish to confess that my deepest fears were if would I fit in and to my surprise I am able to.. This is because my B-school had prepared me for it. We may not realize it, but we are quite prepared for our future and corporate world due to the values that we have gained at home and at our B-school. These really come to full play after we step out of our B-school. In recent years FCRIMS has steadily been building its capacity to create a truly great B-school. In my view, greatness requires three things: wonderful students enjoying a tremendous student experience; very successful faculty; a supportive campus learning environment. FCRIMS is committed towards delivering this to its students. A living institution makes an impact on everything, it touches on the minds and dreams and characters of students, on the world of ideas and their practical application. I wish to thank FCRIMS, my teachers and seeking their blessings, I shall persevere to be a worthy student that FCRIMS produced.
From the first day that I joined FCRIMS, my curiosity never ceased. What helped me was,equally eager teachers who wanted nothing but the best for my batch mates and I. The curriculum is designed to bring out the best in each one of us and with the help of skilled teachers it made learning fun. Our lectures were interesting and filled with a lot of case studies and presentations that made the process of learning democratic. FCRIMS also enabled us to be better at stuff beyond the course, like managing our own college festival, participating in the other events and also ensured the best companies came to the campus for placement. Those two years were indeed one of the best learning experiences of my life.
I still remember the orientation day held in July of 2002. We were the second batch of the college in the MMS course. Hence most of the event was organized by our seniors and Professors. We had a lovely orientation session followed by an icebreaker to introduce ourselves to the fellow students. Most of them are still in touch even after 16 years today. That the kind of bond FCRIMS nurtures. We had an amazing team of Professors who not only helped us understand the curriculum in the class but pushed us to take up a lot of projects inside and outside of FCRIMS related to our studies. ABSTRACT was one such project and it still continues to be one of the best events in FCRIMS. It really helped us learn and most importantly grow to face the practical world when we went on to work in different companies. Most of our lectures included case studies and presentations which made learning fun. Our class was a strong bond of 40 students who helped each other in this process of transition into becoming great leaders in our respective fields.
Art of finding the right path to success at the right time is something I leant in FCRIMS. The friendly environment, the systematic approach towards imparting education at FCRIMS made me a competent professional. The wide range of activities- both curricular and co-curricular- along and the support from Faculty Members is really helpful. The faculty is very kind and approachable at any time. In FCRIMS we are trained not only for our placements but also for future growth in life. Today, if I am in good position in career, its because of what I have learnt in my two years of full time MMS program in FCRIMS.
