Education: Dr. C K Sreedharan is a mechanical engineer from Delhi University. He also holds PhD in management, MBA in International Business, MBA in Banking & Finance and Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi. A Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health & Safety Management System. a Certified Energy Manager and Energy Auditor of Bureau of Energy Efficiency, a Central Government Agency. He is a certified Master Black-belt in Six -Sigma and a Chartered Engineer (Institution of Engineers, India).

Industry professional with over 13 years of experience in Operations, Warehousing, Quality Systems, Supply Chain & Project Management. Holding an MBA in Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently working in Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, handling pan-India warehousing operations, process optimization, automation, and quality initiatives.

A Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional and Certified Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, integrates practical supply chain management practices—such as inventory optimization, warehouse efficiency, distribution planning, KPI-based performance monitoring, and continuous improvement— into the classroom & emphasizes experiential, outcome-based learning through real-world case studies, enhancing industry readiness.

Brings out the contemporary industrial practices, business-oriented teaching, developing analytical mindset, usage of latest pedagogy and experiential learning paving for transformation of students from campus mould to corporate world.

I specialise in HR, OD and research along with strong soft skill development background. I have led several strategic HR interventions in multiple organisations. My interest in academics stems from my deep passion for sharing knowledge and past training experience. Imparting knowledge to graduates and undergraduates is something that I value very much.
