It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Management Studies (FCRIMS), Navi Mumbai — an institution that blends academic excellence with ethical values and a commitment to holistic human development. Established under the visionary guidance of the Agnel Ashram Fathers, FCRIMS carries forward their noble mission of empowering individuals through education that builds competence, character, and compassion.

At FCRIMS, our guiding motto — “Excellence through Ethics, Values, and Holistic Development” — defines everything we do. Our two-year full-time Post Graduate Program in Management, affiliated to the University of Mumbai, is carefully designed to balance academic rigor with industry relevance. The curriculum integrates core management disciplines with contemporary subjects such as innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship. Through case studies, live projects, industry internships, and experiential learning, students gain practical insights into the complexities of business and develop the confidence to lead in dynamic environments.
